AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS All items are being sold unreserved to the highest bidder. All items are being sold "As-is, Where-Is". Once the auction begins at 10am the preview is over and bidders will not be allowed in the preview area. There is a 13% Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount for cash payments. If bidding online, there is also an additional 3% buyer's premium for a total of 16% buyer's premium for online buyers. 8% New York State sales tax will be charged to all purchases unless a New York Sales and Use Tax Form is provided to us, completely filled out and legible as proof for tax exemption. All items must be paid for, in full, on the day of the auction. Once the Auctioneer declares an item as SOLD it immediately becomes the responsibility of the buyers. Buyer assumes all responsibility in removal, transportation and handling of purchases. Auctioneer reserves the right to accept any bids in any increment that, in the Auctioneers opinion, are in the best interest of his/her client, the Seller. The Auctioneer also reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder whose conduct, adverse comments, or actions the Auctioneer feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. Any dispute among bidders will be settled by the Auctioneer. Announcements made on day of the sale supersede any and all previously released information including all oral or printed material regardless of the medium. Only registered bidder's can obtain a bid card and use of this bid card implies a Bidder's Contract and that the preceding Terms & Conditions have been agreed upon by the registered bidder.

Online bidder's have a 16% buyer's premium plus 8% sales tax. Cash payments receive a 3% discount. If you a third party company is shipping your items payment arrangements must be made in advance or at the time of pick up by calling 315-236-6530. No items will leave the auction location without being paid for in full.
