GENERAL INFORMATION - THIS IS AN INTERNET ONLY AUCTION. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Photos and descriptions are provided. If there are any questions regarding a particular item, or more photos are needed, please email Covington Avenue (CA) at least 72 hours prior to auction date & time. - It is the responsibility of the Bidder to determine condition, age, value, authenticity or any other various factor of purchase. CA will attempt to describe the merchandise as carefully as possible, with pricing based on market conditions. It is up to the Bidder to determine actual value as he sees fit. CA will not be liable for any errors or omissions unless there is a gross misrepresentation in the integrity of the item itself. PAYMENT All payments are to be made within seven (7) days of the auction close date. Payment options include PayPal or major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). International buyers must pay using Paypal and all financial transactions must be finalized prior to shipment. Payment can be made one of three ways: 1) a Paypal link will be included in the final invoice; 2) an email can be sent with credit card information including card type, number, expiry date, and 3-digit security code; or, 3)contact us via telephone with your credit card information. Shipping will be billed separately through our preferred provider (see "Shipping"). The purchaser is legally responsible for payment. Failure to pay within seven (7) days will result in a 25% re-stocking fee and the item may be resold at the discretion of CA. If there is a valid reason for non-payment, please notify CA to make arrangements. Non-payment may result in legal proceedings and the purchaser will be responsible for any and all fees incurred during the collection process. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN THE 7 DAY PERIOD, THE INCIDENT WILL BE REPORTED AS A NON-PAYING BID, which can result in not being able to bid in future auctions. SALES TAX Purchases made within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a valid state resale certificate. BIDDING CA reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items listed in this auction catlogue. Pre-bids or absentee bids are welcome and encouraged. In the case of a pre-bid from a source other than this site, a proxy bid will be placed on behalf of the outside buyer. All decisions regarding the winning bidder and final hammer price will be determined by CA. If there are any malfunctions or computer errors associated with the internet bidding process, CA or its consignors will not be held responsible. SHIPPING Shipping may be combined for this auction if the combined size of purchased items allow and will be determined by the preferred shipper. NOTE: SHIPPING COSTS MAY EXCEED HAMMER PRICE in some instances. Packing & box charges will apply. UPS and FedEx will be primary shippers unless an international shipment, where the most economical delivery carrier will be offered. Covington Avenue offers shipping exclusively through Postal Annex. Once payment is received for the winning bid, Covington Avenue offers the courtesy service of delivering your items to Postal Annex for shipping preparation. You will be billed separately once your package is ready for shipment including postage, packing & handling & insurance. Buyer will be contacted by Postal Annex with shipping costs/options.
