Michael Ivankovich Auction 58 - Session I

Session I will include 500 Lots of Wallace Nutting and Nutting-Like Pictures, Popular Early 20th c. Prints & Pastels, and assorted Prints, Etchings & Lithographs. This Auction will feature 100+ Lots of Bessie Pease Gutmann, Eda Soest Doench, and Meta Morris Grimball Prints, making this the largest Bessie Pease Gutmann Auction ever held. It will also include the fourth and final part of the Stephen Kelley Collection of William Henry Chandler Pastels & Prints, with more than 50 Chandler and other Pastel Artist Lots. Featured among the Prints-Etchings-Lithographs will be works by Thomas Hart Benton and other listed artists. Session I will include 150-200 Lots of Wallace Nutting and Nutting-Like Pictures, including Part II of the Pedro Cacciola Collection. And rounding out Session I will be a nice assortment of Maxfield Parrish, R Atkinson Fox, Harrison Fisher, Fred Thompson, David Davidson, and Charles Sawyer pictures & prints, along with works by many other leading Early 20th c. Artists and Photographers

Session I will begin on Friday, March 12th at 4:00 PM with Lot #1 and will continue until the Lot #499 has been sold. We sell at the rate of approximately 80-90 lots per hour and we estimate that this auction should end somewhere between 9:30-10:00 PM.

Session II will resume the next day on Saturday, March 13th at 9:00 AM.
