All articles are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no warranties or guarantees of any type either expressed or implied by Curiosities Auction House. All statements printed in Curiosities catalogs, ads, brochures and signs have come from Seller/Owner of the merchandise and that Curiosities has not independently verified same. Payment is due immediately upon auction completion. All articles must be removed with 3 business days of auction or a storage fee may be assessed. Bidder agrees irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the courts of Broward County and the state of Florida for any claim, complaint, or lawsuit involving Curiosities or any of its employees or independent contractors. Should client sue Curiosities or its associates and not prevail, client will reimburse Curiosities for all reasonable legal fees and expenses incurred.
