PAYMENT  The payment of the sold lots must be within 5 days from the sale day after this period we will use the right to compulsory enforcement of non-payment. Payment can be made: - cash - bank transfer - check And then the ownership of the lot will be final when we will recive the payment of the lot.                               WITHDRAWAL After making the payment, the purchased goods can be picked up by an appointment within two weeks following the sale . After this deadline will charge the buyer the costs of storage of Euro 5,00 per day , or contact us for other arrangements.                               TRANSPORT  The buyer will have care and will pay the transport of items purchased.                                                                EXPORT   - Remember that the export of works that have more than 50 years, the Italian law provides for a request for a certificate of free circulation . The waiting time for the release of these documents is about 40 days from the presentation of the work and related documents to the Department Fine Arts In the event of award of the lot by a foreign buyer , please contact the customer immediately about the work the department responsible for information acquired on the budget and practices relating to the export and transport of the works in foreign countries . The failure to issue or delay the issuance of the license is not a cause for termination or cancellation of the sale , nor does it justify the delay in payment by the buyer.
