World of Decor Auctions is not responsible for color differences between photo's and actual color of received merchandise due to the variances of color in computer monitor displays. Buyer Premium A 15% buyers premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase. All payments must be received within 3 business days of Auction close. Taxes A 6.5% Florida Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Florida address unless World of Decor Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form. Contract Your bid is a contract. Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from World of Decor Auctions. Any items which are damaged in shipment must be handled by winning bidder and the trucking company directly. Packing, shipping and insuring items is available from World of Decor Auctions under a Freight Guarantee Program for total auction purchases of $500 or more. We will ship your items via the best possible method for a percentage of the total auction price (Winning Bid + Buyers Premium) to the trucking company's local terminal in your location. This will leave the winning bidder with only the local delivery or pick up to arrange. The Freight Guarantee Program is optional and the Buyer has 3 days after close of the auction to notify World of Decor as to their shipping arrangements. Items will ship FOB Orlando and ownership of merchandise is taken by winning bidder at the time of the Auctioneer's hammer. Any damages as a result of shipping will be handled by the buyer and the shipping company directly and damage is not grounds for a credit card chargeback or stop check request. A Storage fee of $10 per item per day will be charged on items remaining in-house after 3 business days if World of Decor Freight Guarantee Program is not selected. World of Decor Freight Guarantee Program $500-999 20% of Total Auction Price is shipping cost to local shipping company terminal. $1000-2499 15% of Total Auction Price is shipping cost to local terminal. $2500-4999 10% of Total Auction Price is shipping cost to local terminal. $5000 + 5% of Total Auction Price is shipping cost to local terminal. *Note freight rate based individual order size shipped to one commercial account delivery only. Commercial Delivery Residential White Glove Delivery Available for additional charge throughout the Continental United States. White Glove Delivery includes inside delivery and placement, limited set-up, and debris/packaging removal. Cost of White Glove Shipping will vary based on each lot and ship-to location.
