Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins. Auction house reserves the right to change, alter, or remove a listing at any time before the start of an auction regardless if bids have been placed on the item. Repro, when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. Low and High estimates are for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. Appraisals are only available on items that are listed as coming with an appraisal. Any questions should be forwarded to the auction house before placing bids. Master Card, Visa, Discover credit cards are accepted a 5% fee will apply. Bank wires with an additional charge of 15.00 per transaction will apply. For credit card payments, buyer is required to sign Payment Authorization Form that will be provided via email. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared, and Authorization form has been completed and returned. All sales exceeding 5000 must be paid by bank wire. Payment is expected within 1-2 days after concluding of the auction. Any item that has not been paid for is forfeited by the buyer and the item may be put back on the auction block for sale. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future Auction House auctions and will be filed with a collection agency and the credit bureau.
