Waterford?s Fine Asian & Western Art sale on September 12th beginning at 1 pm will include fine Asian artworks such as Qianlong period porcelains and jades, an imperial Kangxi gilt-wood garniture, a pair of 18th century cloisonne gu, an imperial album of ?Birds and Flowers? by Jiang Tingxi (1669-1732), and a painting of ?Parrots? by Wu Guanzhong (1919-2010), as well as other Chinese bronzes, jades, snuff bottles, porcelains, paintings, silks, furniture and more from China, Korea and Japan. European and American lots include oil paintings, a daguerreotype album, an 18K gold Rolex wristwatch, watercolor paintings, a Continental metal statue and various prints.
