LOTS & DESCRIPTIONS All descriptions are provided for each individually described item in the auction on a best effort basis and are not intended to be definitive, scholarly works, or appraisals. The authenticity of individual items is up to the bidder to determine based on the supplied photographs. All items are sold as is, where is, and the ultimate determination is the responsibility of the bidder. The placing of a bid will be taken as full agreement to all terms & conditions. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Unique History Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of ageing. The estimated values shown after each lot are the auctioneer's estimate of what each lot is likely to realise. 2. SHIPPING Shipping is at the cost to the bidder. Shipping costs will be calculated after payment for the item is received and shipping address has been supplied to Unique History Auctions. We will endeavour to provide the most cost effective shipping cost whilst maintaining sufficient insurance to cover the full cost of the item(s) in the case of a lost or damaged shipment. The shipping cost will be required before any item can be sent out. If any purchased item has not had shipping paid for within 21 days after the auction date, a £5.00 GBP per day storage fee may be charged. 3. BIDDING The placing of a bid will be taken as full agreement to all terms & conditions contained here. 4. PAYMENT Payment may be made by PayPal or direct wire transfer. The full purchase price on all lots sold to the same buyer must be paid before shipment of any of the items.
