In most cases, the items as described are priced for the art work. However, several pieces are priced as much based upon the antiquity of the frame in which the artwork is mounted.

1. LOTS & DESCRIPTIONS: Accurate descriptions are provided for each individually described item in the auction on a "best efforts" basis and are not intended to be definitive, scholarly works, or appraisals. Autographs , in single item lots are guaranteed authentic unless the specific description states otherwise. If a guaranteed item is deemed "not" to be authentic by a panel of 3 competent authorities, a full refund of the purchase price and Buyer's Premium (BP) shall be the limit of liability of the auction company and or its representatives. Returns must be preauthorized and made within thirty (30) days. Gems and Coins are tested at the gallery for authenticity and are guaranteed to be authentic. All guarantees are void if an item has been tampered with, enhanced, altered, damaged or removed from original mounting. In general; "ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS" and the ultimate determination is the responsibility of the bidder.
The placing of a bid will be taken as full agreement to all terms & conditions.
Conditions, measurements and estimates are given as a courtesy to a client. It is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Estate Liquidators of ENC shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
All graded and/or measured and mounted gemstones are examined in mounts. Duet to this, slight variations in the grading and weighing to sizing of the stones may occur due to mounted gemstones being graded only to the existent of which mounting will permit examination.
Watches, Clocks and Timepieces are sold without warranty. Conditions for each item is described as to working condition.
The estimated values shown after each lot are the auctioneer's estimate of what each lot is likely to realize.
3. BIDDING: Registration and approval must be made through the On-Line website, live auctions require identification.
4. SALES TAX: Buyers are required to pay any applicable Federal, state and/or local sales tax.
5. PAYMENT: Payment may be made by cash, money order, check MasterCharge, Visa or Paypal. A Buyers Premium (BP) of 14% will apply to all lots. the BP is discounted to 10% if paying by cash or certified funds. A fee will apply to all returned checks based upon the fees charged by the banks to our firm plus $15 for our "handling" of the transactions required to clear the check.
6. GENERAL: Any concerns or disputes must be addressed within thirty (30) days of the date lot was released from our offices. By bidding, you are entering a legal agreement with Estate Liquidators of Eastern North Carolina, LLC and have accepted all the terms and conditions.
