There will be no premium on the hammer price for all our items. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults. We reserve the right to withdraw any lot at any time before, during, or after the auction without liability. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject an opening bid that, in his opinion, is not commensurate with the value of the lot. To the best of our knowledge, Limpid Jewelry believes that the information presented in listings come from reliable sources. The information presented is merely for the convenience of the purchaser. We make no warranties in regards to information in all out listings. In addition we make no express or implied warranties, relating to the value, marketability or condition of the lot describing in any listing. It is for the prospective buyers to examine a lot thoroughly before bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that the bidder has investigated the lot to their contentment or that if the bidder has chosen not to do so, and agrees to accept the lot being bid on with no objections after the sale has closed. If there is any dispute during the sale, our sale record is definitive. We deserve the right to withdraw or modify any property or lots before or during the sale. High and low estimates are provided only for comparison purposes and Limpid Jewelry makes no warranties of any kind relating to the estimates. The grade and estimated value herein represents the opinion of Tangible or its Consignor(s). It is possible that two people will not always grade the same item alike. Also, as market conditions change, grading standards change, and will most likely continue to do so in the future. Limpid Jewelry and any consignors, reserve the right to bid on any lot(s). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all lots are subject to a reserve price that shall be hidden from all bidders. Limpid Jewelry shall act to protect the reserve by bidding in the auction process if needed. Limpid Jewelry may open bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing its own bid. Limpid Jewelry may continue to bid on behalf of itself up to the amount of the reserve, either by placing consecutive bids or by placing bids in response to other bidders. Nothing contained in any listing shall be construed to disclose any reserve price. In the placing of any bid the bidder understands and agrees that the bid, once accepted by Limpid Jewelry, will be the winning bid if there is no higher bid by another bidder and if any reserve or reduced reserve on the lot is exceeded by the bid. All bids are binding, irrevocable and non-cancelable by bidder. Limpid Jewelry reserves the right to reject any bid at any time and at his sole discretion. Limpid jewelry additionally reserves the right in its sole and unlimited discretion at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the auction to exclude any person or individual bid and to award any lot to the highest accepted bid PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, personal or company checks, cashier's check, money order or PayPal. Buyer has 72 hours after receiving invoice to contact us and provide payment. Item will be shipped out after receiving payment. If paying by check, money order, or cashier's check, we reserve the right to hold all purchases until the check has cleared to our satisfaction. If there is no response from a bidder for our request of payment or does not fulfill complete payment within three business days, a second attempt for payment will be sent. After that time a final invoice will be sent and if full payment is not received then the account will be reported to Live Auctioneers as a non-responsive bidder and will no longer be able to participate in future auctions. There will be no premium on the hammer price for all our items. As required by law, all California residents must add 8.75% sales tax. RETURN POLICY: We honor our no questions asked, 72 hour return policy where any item can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping cost. The 72 hour period starts once the shipping package is received which is based off the received signature date. You must notify us within 72 hours that you wish to return the item via phone 800-446-0445 or email info@limpidjewelry.com. Item must be shipped back to us with notification of tracking number within 72 hours if you wish to return the item. Shipment received in our facility after 72 hours period is subject to 20% restocking fee and 0nly 80%of hammer price will be credited. All items must be returned in the same condition that it was received. All items and return shipments must have signature delivery confirmation. Returns must be sent by insured, signature requested delivery. Shipping with be handled from Limpid Jewelry headquarters unless otherwise specified by buyer which allows us for the lowest shipping and handling cost for our buyers. We take care of all aspects of shipping packaging and handling to maintain an efficient and protected process for our buyers. From past experience we have found the bidders prefer theses services, we provide an estimated amount in the auction invoice. If rush delivery is needed, let us know so that we can accommodate. If for any reason a purchased lot cannot be delivered in the same condition as at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen, delivered incorrectly or lost prior to delivery, Limpid Jewelry is not responsible for any additional amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser. Our responsibility for damage to or loss of any piece ends once it has been turned over to the USPS, UPS and FedEx or other shipping enterprise for delivery and/or packing. By bidding, the winning Bidder agrees that any and all claims for loss or damage to the lot will be handled solely through the insurance claims process (if insurance was available) or the carrier and acknowledges that insurance may be subject to deductibles or other limitations, which are not the responsibility of Limpid Jewelry. We are not responsible to any loss resulting from items being shipped to an alternate address or recipient provided by Bidder. Shipping and handling charges Alaska, US Territories and Foreign Countries are higher and often require registry or express mail. We often use USPS registered mail for foreign shipments and Bidder shall pay for the costs thereof. We also use UPS and FedEx for international shipments. It is the foreign bidder's responsibility to be aware of and instruct us regarding any special taxes or fees applicable to their particular circumstances.
