All lots are sold AS IS. No warranty or guarantee is applied to any of the lots. All lots are described to our best knowledge and in the full extent. Lots are available for viewing by appointment. A. Condition Classification (A+) Like New / No signs of use. (A) Excellent condition with minimal signs of use / Fully-functional. (B) Good user condition / Signs of use. (C+) User condition / Visible signs of use. (C) Heavily USED. (D) Defective / Not functional / Defect unknown. B. Premium for Buyers The purchase price payable by a buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a premium of the final bid price. There is a buyer?s premium of 15 % + Value Added Tax (21% VAT) making a total of 18.2% of the final bid price for telephone bidders, written bids or on-line bidders on our web-site. There is 18% + Value Added Tax (21% VAT) making total of 21,8% of the final bid price for bids submitted via all other internet platforms. Value Added Tax (21% VAT) is not applicable to the final bid price in any of the lots in this sale. C. Bids, Rejections, Estimates and Reserves Lots Sold to The Highest Bidder: The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, and, in the event of any dispute between bidders or any other issue with respect to the highest bidder, to determine the successful bidder, to continue the bidding or to reoffer and resell the lot in question. Prague Camera Auction is entitled, under special circumstances, to exclude items from the auction. Any change of this nature will be announced only in connection with the auction. All estimates are in Euro. The estimate does not take into account Buyer?s Premium. Most items are sold unreserved. When reserves are present, they are set at or below the minimum estimated range. We reserve the right to reject any bid not commensurate with the value of the item being sold. The reserve will not exceed the low estimate of the lot. D. Written Bids, Email or Telephone You are welcome to leave the written bid or order bidding by phone. To do so you can download the bidding form on the our web-site, fill it out and send to us. We must receive the form 24 hours before the auction begins. The bids will be executed at the lowest possible price. E. Payments All lots must be paid for within 7 days after the end of the auction. No lots can be handed over to the buyer or shipped out until the funds have been received. F. Payment Methods We accepts bank wire transfer or Paypal for payment. All international payments in excess of $2,000 must be paid for by wire transfer. Please contact us for additional payment methods. Additional surcharge of 5% is applied when paid with Paypal. G. Shipping We are happy to organise the package and despatch of lots purchased. Our packing is carried out in house by an experienced team. The items can be shipped out by FEDEX or ordinary airmail post. H. The Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal according to the DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011 is the buyer's right to change his mind and withdraw from an online sale ? so long as he does so within a period of 14 days. He may do this without giving any reason, and without incurring any costs, except for the cost of the return. In the case of sales contracts for goods, these 14 days start running only from the moment that the buyer receives physical possession of the goods. Where multiple goods are ordered by the buyer in one order and are delivered separately, the 14 days begin to run from the day on which the buyer acquires physical possession of the last good.
