Michaan's Auctions begins the December fine sale season with a fine art, jewelry, furnishing and decoration presentation on Monday, December the 8th. Among the many notable pieces held at auction are exceptional highlights, providing examples of the caliber of property available to bidders this year. Fine Art features a Mel Ramos painting titled "Greek Architecture" and highly sought-after color woodblock prints from Gustave Baumann. Furniture & Decorative Arts will present an Aaron Willard Federal tall case clock as well as an auction collection of Daum Nancy. The auction will close with fine jewelry, highlighted by a Pierre Touraine "Ram's Head" ring and a beautiful Victorian pendant watch complete with chatelaine and chain. Previews for all of the auction categories will be held on December the 5th to December 8, 2014, the day of sale.
