Highlighting the collection is a fine Edwardian Old Mine diamond pin / pendant, circa 1912, in a stylized garland design. Also included are three Old Mine diamond rings, circa 1915, by the Fifth Avenue jeweler E.M. Gattle & Co. During the early 20th century, E.M. Gattle & Co. was one of New York’s premier jewelers. The rings include two three-stone diamond rings and one two-stone diamond ring. Notable offerings from other collections and estates include a delicate Edwardian diamond and emerald basket pin / pendant, a diamond ring centered by a fancy yellow diamond of approx. two carats, and a single owner collection of charming antique Swiss enamel cameo suites and brooches.
