Village Doll & Toy Auctions has made every effort to catalog and correctly describe the property to be sold, however, all lots are sold ‘AS IS’ and should be examined prior to bidding. The auctioneers reserve the right to make verbal corrections and provide additional information from the auction block at the time of sale. In all matters, the records of the auction will be final. All sales are final. CASH, CHECKS, TRAVELERS CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, VISA & MASTERCARD ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT. A 18% buyer’s premium is added to each item sold at the auction, with a 3% discount for cash or checks. 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be charged for items shipped within Pennsylvania, except to persons with a current dealer’s Sales Tax Exemption Number on file with Village Doll & Toy Auctions. Upon the fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes on to the purchaser. In the case of a dispute bid, the auctioneer, at his discretion, will determine the successful bidder. All sales are final and must be paid in full immediately. The auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest. Shipping arrangements can be made for an additional fee for packing, shipping and insurance costs. YOUR BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE.

M = Mint: Implies item is virtually unplayed with NM = Near mint: Item may show minor wear EX = Excellent: Item retains majority of original finish with normal playwear VG = Very good: Item has moderate play wear with possible restoration, i.e., broken finger G = Good: Item has overall wear or place with major wear or restoration F = Fair: Overall major wear with possible missing parts or restoration Estimates for each item are intended as a guide and do not imply any guarantee of value.

Ownership of merchandise will be of the highest bidder at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer or said sold. The buyer will assume all risk and responsibility of the lot purchased once ownership has changed. The Auctioneer will determine highest bidder. The auctioneer alone has the right to reopen the bidding of an item if deemed necessary in a dispute.

Village Doll & Toy Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, but all items for sale are "as is" and it is the bidder's responsibility (present or absentee) to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed are in generally good condition unless described otherwise. This means all items have wear consistent with age and use. Defects and repairs will be specifically mentioned when present. Exact condition will be determined sale day. Only sales where shipping is in Pennsylvania will be subject to the 6% sales tax unless a valid tax exemption identification is on file with Village Doll &Toy Auctions
