The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Any condition statement given, either written or verbally, is a courtesy to a client, is an opinion, and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Raia Auctioneers Inc. shall not be held responsible for any error or omission. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. THE FLOOR WINS ALL TIE BIDS. A BUYER'S PREMIUM (15% in gallery) or (18% online) will be applied to all property sold and is to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price with cash, money order, or credit card. All property is sold "as-is" and "where is" and neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranty, expressed or implied, or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representations or warranty of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability. The Auctioneer reserves the right to remove, add to or lot items listed in the auction. The property is believed and shall be taken to be correctly described as to the quantity or otherwise; and any error, misstatement or omission, in the particulars shall not annul the sale, or be a ground for any abatement or compensation on either side. Full payment must be made before the items leave the auction on the date of purchase. No item(s) are to be removed until the bill is paid in full. All sales are final. Purchased items must be removed immediately after each session of the sale, unless specific arrangements to hold them have been made with the auctioneer. Online bidders must make payment arrangements WITHIN 48 HOURS of the sale and will have up to 7 days to pick up/ remove or make shipping arrangements for their purchases. Removal of goods shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. All items must be removed from the premises the day of the auction. Online bidders will have up to 3 days to pick up or make shipping arrangements for their purchases. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AFTER 7 DAYS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CONSIGNOR AND A REFUND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED TO THE BUYER. Bidding at a Raia Auctioneers' Auction whether present in person or by agent, order/absentee bid, telephone, internet or other means, constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
