AUCTION LOUISIANNE CONDITIONS OF SALE All property is sold as is, where is and all sales are final. Neither Auction Louisianne nor the seller makes any expressed or implied warranty or representation as to the condition of any lot offered for sale, and no statement made, whether written or oral, shall constitute such a warranty or representation. The auctioneers do not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, weight, count or measure of any of the lots specified herein. The buyer shall be the highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, and in the event of dispute between bidders or any dispute with respect to the highest bidder, to continue the bidding or to re-offer and resell the lot in question. Title to the lot shall pass to the buyer upon the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer and the bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility and will pay full price for the said lot. Auction Louisianne reserves the right to withdraw any lot before or during the sale. ALL LOTS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SALE AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER. Pick-up will be on Monday, March 30 at the auction location from 10:00am until 3:00 pm. If items are to be shipped, I will arrange for delivery to the shipping company. A fee will be applied to the auction invoice for this service. Paul Nelson from NOLA Packing & Shipping Company is to be contacted on Monday, March 30 to arrange for pick-up, packing & shipping. If items are not picked up by Friday, April 3, items will be moved to an off-site storage facility and assessed $100.00 per day plus moving expense. Unless exempt by law, the purchaser will be required to pay all state and local taxes, and if applicable, any federal luxury or other tax on the total purchase price. Tax rate is 8.75%. These taxes apply to Louisiana residents only. Bids which are submitted to Auction Louisianne prior to the auction for execution at or below a specified price, as well as telephone bids, shall be executed by proxy by Auction Louisianne for the convenience of the bidders not present at the auction. Auction Louisianne shall not be responsible for failing to execute such bids or for errors relating to such bids. This auction will take place on-line only. On-site pick up is on Monday, March 30 from 10:00am-2:00pm and by appointment.
