All purchases must be paid for in full before the removal of any item from the sales room. We allow no charge accounts. All funds will be accepted at our banks current exchange rate. Bad checks will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law. The auction house may at its discretion hold property until funds have cleared. SALES TAX Unless exempt by law the purchaser will be required to pay the sales tax. Current rate is 8.225%. BUYERS PREMIUMS: A buyers premium of 16% is applied to all online bidders. This Auction is primarily Dolls of all mediums, Bisque, Ceramic, Porcelain, Composition, Plastic, Celluloid, Chalk, Rubber, Metal, and others, All Dolls are sold as is, Note: Most all have been played with or handled in some manner, and are sold as used, with appropriate wear, crazing, paint ware, fading of color. We have taken extra measures in photographing the dolls and the photos may be viewed on our web site or you may request additional photos of dolls you like(I Have 2 to 3 of each doll). With given this knowledge you are purchasing these dolls as is and all sales are final. Terms for Condition: Many of the Dolls are in Excellent condition which is a term we will us sparingly due to varied interpretations of the word Excellent, if this term is used you can be assured the doll is of a high grade with normal ware. Very Good: May mean still in original box or minimal wear still with some handling wear or crazing. Good May Mean Good condition with very little wear, may have minor flaw or crazing, or paint ware. Fair May mean normal wear, color fading, crazing and may not have original cloths. May be slight damaged which will be described, or shown in photos. Poor: very well used. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY On the fall of the hammer or in the customary manner, title to the offered lot will pass to the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, subject to the conditions set forth herein, and such bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Our employees will exercise caution in handling the goods but do so at the buyers risk. SHIPPING All items must be paid for before they can be transferred to our local shippers. All large items requiring freight transportation is up to the buyer, arrangements must be made 14 days of purchase. CONTESTED BIDS In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on the part of us as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer will have final discretion either to determine the successful bidder, or withdraw the lot, or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute.
