PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: BILLING: We will send invoices following the auction. Your invoice will have your sale total, but not your shipping total. Once you pay for your items, we will take them to the PakMail store we use for shipping for a fee of $4 per invoice and you must arrange and pay for shipping through them. You may also pick up during our pickup on April 4 from 2 pm to 4 pm. A 6.75 percent sales tax will be charged to Ohio bidders unless Tax exempt form provided. WE ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS TO PAY VIA PAYPAL. There will be a Paypal button in your invoice. This is the quickest way to take care of payment. We also accept major credit cards by phone. You may also mail us a money order. PICKUP: Pickup times for this auction will be Saturday, April 4 from 2 pm to 4 pm. If you want to bid on an item but can't pick up during these times, you MUST email us at burnspickups@gmail.com to request a specific pickup day and time PRIOR to bidding on any items. Please email before bidding to receive authorization to pick up at a different day or time - we will not authorize different pickup days or times if you ask after bidding or winning. WARNING: IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP AT OUR SET DAYS AND TIMES, AND YOU DO NOT REQUEST AND RECEIVE AN OK TO PICK UP UP AT A DIFFERENT DAY AND TIME, OWNERSHIP OF YOUR BUYS WILL REVERT TO BURNS AUCTION AND WE WILL RESELL THE ITEMS IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT GIVING A REFUND. WE AIM TO BE FAIR AND TO MAKE IT EASY AND CONVENIENT TO PICK UP, BUT WE ARE NOT A FREE STORAGE FACILITY. AGAIN, IF YOU CAN'T MAKE OUR SET TIMES, JUST EMAIL US BEFORE BIDDING AND WE'LL WORK OUT A DIFFERENT DAY/TIME. SHIPPING: We are now taking all orders that need shipping to PakMail. We will provide their number to you following the sale, and we will also give them your number. They will pack and ship all items and take payment for shipping. PakMail offers USPS, FedEx and UPS and are quite reasonable on cost as far as packing companies go. We have worked with this location for years and have always been satisfied. Again, while PakMail does charge for materials, we have found them to be reasonable on shipping price, unlike some operators. We will take each entire order to the PakMail for a fee of $4 per order. If you wish to arrange other shipping, please let us know immediately after the auction.
