US bidders are required to pre-register at our website. Credit card information is required and will be verified to insure authenticity. A charge of $.01 cent may be billed and credited to your card during this process. This information will be used for billing, shipping, order processing and customer updates. Valid and current credit card information is required in order to complete the registration process. We require a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card on file to participate in our online auctions. All transactions over $3000 must be paid wire transfers without prior approval and are subject to a 10% deposit on credit card with remainder due within 5 business days. Payment without a credit card must be approved prior to auction. All items paid by Check, Money Order or Cashier Check will be held until the check has cleared to the satisfaction of Main Street Mining Co. and its bank. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax unless merchandise is for resale and a valid Texas resale certificate is on file with our office. Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction. No exceptions! If the items won are not paid for within 48 hours of the sale, Main Street Mining Co. may impose and the purchaser agrees to pay a monthly storage charge of 1.5% of the purchase price of any lot not removed by the purchaser within 3 days after the date of sale. A charge of $5 per day will apply to items left over 30 days. If we are prevented by fire, theft or any other reason whatsoever from delivering any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser for such property. SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: Small, unbreakable items such as jewelry, coins, sterling flatware and fashion items will be shipped within 10 business days of payment. All packages are sent USPS Priority unless noted in the description of the item. Packages valued under $50 are sent uninsured but with delivery confirmation. Packages valued at $50 or more will be charged extra for insurance and signature confirmation. Shipping and insurance are charged at the USPS published rates. There is a $5.00 s/h charge per package (this is to cover the cost of labor and materials). In the event that a package is lost by USPS, there will be a claim filed with USPS and all monies will be refunded once USPS has paid us. ALL OTHER ITEMS AND ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES REQUIRE THIRD PARTY SHIPPING. A LIST OF LOCAL SHIPPING COMPANIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All measurements are approximate. No oral or written statement at this sale, in the catalog or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or any assumption of responsibility. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Some of the items in this sale are subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential price agreed upon by the seller and auctioneer below which the item will not be sold. Main Street Mining Co. reserves the right to withdraw or pass any lot before, during or after the auction. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid and in the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser. Auctions are conducted under the guidelines prescribed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and we are covered by the Recovery Fund.
