Your submission of bids in this auction constitutes your acceptance of the "Terms of Sale." Please do not bid in this auction if you do not agree to all of the terms listed below. 1.This is an auction sale, not an approval sale. Upon the auctioneer's call of "Sold," all sales are final. By bidding in this auction, the bidder personally guarantees payment. This sale will have no sales tax and such charges will not be added to the final price. 2.The auctioneer has final discretion in all matters. In case of dispute, the lot(s) in question may be resold. Lots will be sold in their numerical sequence unless the auctioneer directs otherwise. 3. HIGH and LOW ESTIMATES are provided for each lot for reference only. When placing your bids, keep in mind that most lots in this auction have RESERVE PRICING, meaning that the starting bid may or may not be the actual price at which the item can/will be sold. 4. No lots will be released until payment in full has been made. Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express) , PayPal or Bank Transfer. Payment via PayPal can be made to paypal@artemission.com. 5. RETURN POLICY: If our description of the item is not as described, we will accept return of the item; however, we MUST HAVE NOTIFICATION OF RETURN WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM BY BIDDER, as shown by the shipping tracking data. A letter from a recognized expert in the field pertaining to the item in dispute must be presented for refund. No lots may be returned without prior written consent. Late remittance constitutes just cause for revocation of all return privileges. 6.Return shipping is at the bidder's expense. In no event may any lot(s) be returned after thirty (30) days from the date of the auction. 7.BIDDING will be conducted ONLINE / LIVE, while the auction takes place. Bidders may place their bids LIVE or by leaving ABSENTEE BIDS via the Live Auctioneers auction catalog. 8.SHIPPING WORLDWIDE is included in the final price. This sale will have 10 percent premium; sales tax and such charges will not be added to the final price. All buyers will receive an invoice detailing their purchases. 9.Items will be shipped only upon receipt of payment in full and will be insured for their full value. For shipments outside of the EU, customs and duties may apply, and this is the buyer's responsibility. 10.Bids under 50% of the pre-auction estimate may not be accepted. STARTING PRICES may or may not be the actual price at which any item will sell. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot by placing a bid on behalf of the seller. The auctioneer may bid further on behalf of the seller up to the amount of the reserve, by placing successive bids for any lot, or by placing bids in response to other bidders. The auctioneer may accept or decline any bid, or challenge any bid, as he shall determine in his discretion. 11. Limitation of Liability: Bidder agrees and acknowledges that the liability of Artemission.com to Bidder shall be limited to the amount Bidder shall have paid for any items purchased by Bidder at the auction covered by this Agreement. 12.All bidders must register credit card information prior to bidding. You do not have to pay with the credit card on file, but you must register in order to bid. 13. In the event a successful bidder fails to make payment when due, we reserve the right to re-sell the merchandise and bidder agrees to pay for the reasonable cost of such a sale and also to pay any difference between the resale price and the previously successful bid.
