To be approved for bidding in our auctions you must have a credit card on file with our auction house. If you do not feel comfortable doing this we hope you will re-consider because we have a secure system for keeping your information safe and secure. If you do not have your card on file with us you will not be able to bid. For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 13% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. Credit card on file will be charged . Credit card "may" be charged separately once shipping charges are established. Auctioneer and company makes no guarantee to the authenticity of any of the items in this auction. We only state information that has been told to us by the folks that have consigned the items. It is the bidders responsibility to make their decisions based on what they see for themselves. There are no refunds or returns for any reason! Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $25 fee will be charged for this service on the first fire arm and a $10 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction. Any fire arms that require shipping (this included antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by our licensed agent and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. A shipping charge of $50 is assessed by our licensed agent for shipping. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on fire arms agree to all of the above prior to bidding. The auction company will do the packing and shipping for small items in this auction unless it is furniture. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Winning bidders will pay actual shipping, insurance, and packing costs. Furniture and large items must be shipped via common carrier and must be crated, bidder to pay associated costs. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. We will glady deliver large items to our local Crater's & Freighters at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company. Please contact the auction house for the preferred shipper?s contact information. Preview is available 2 hours prior to the start of the auction on the day of the auction until the auction begins. Contact auction company with additional questions. Your purchases must be removed within 5 days of the auction. Items not removed within this time period will be sold for storage charges or you will be charged a daily fee for storage. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against AUCTIONS UNLIMITED or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. AUCTIONS UNLIMITED reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. On-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction. In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted.
