We hope your purchase has exceeded your expectations. Our items are the finest quality available we send our items within 5-10 days of payment. If you would favor an exchange or refund you may return your item within 5-10 days after shipment has been received. If the item(s) are returned after 10 days, the refund will be unacceptable, and if the item is returned in bad condition, you will not a get a refund. There is a restock fee of 20% when items are returned. You should receive your refund within 10-20 days. Buyer pays return shipping.
Bid Cancellations:
Bid Cancellations are only valid before the auction ends. Once the auction has ended, the bidder cannot cancel his or her bids. Bidders are responsible for his or her accounts and bids.
If you're not 100% satisfied with the item please e-mail us for a full, no questions asked refund, minus shipping and handling cost. To receive your refunds please E-MAIL us within 3 days after your item has been received. All items must be sent by insured, signature requested delivery.

Please Note! In house appraisals and do not provide warranties if the customer decides to receive another appraisal from a different company.
Shipping
We will ship online purchases via UPS, USPS, FedEx carriers. All shipments will be fully insured for the value of the item purchased. The price for ground shipping is $25.00-$50.00 for only United States, no matter the amount of purchase. Ground shipping usually takes between five to ten business days for delivery. You may select faster delivery, but extra charges will be assessed. And please (Note) International shipping buyer has to pay shipping fee.
