For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 13% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. At this time PayPal seems to be the most convenient method of payment but we will be happy to take Visa or MasterCard as well. Any auctions conducted that include the sale of fire arms of any type will be guided by all Federal, State and Local laws. An onsite agent will be on the premises for these sales to conduct any and all background checks in the event that a fire arm is awarded. A $25 fee will be charged for this service on the first fire arm and a $10 fee will be charged for any additional fire arms awarded in that same auction. Any fire arms that require shipping (this included antique, vintage or new) will be shipped by our licensed agent and must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer location. If the winner posses his own FFL license it may be shipped directly to him/her. A shipping charge of $50 is assessed by our licensed agent for shipping. This includes all packaging, boxing, labeling, insurance and processing. Any person bidding on fire arms agree to all of the above prior to bidding. We will glady deliver large items to our local Crater's & Freighters at no additional charge. Shipping charges for these larger items will be between you and the shipping company.
