Terms are very simple. If you bid, we expect you to pay! You will be billed by email - wait for the final invoice with all of your purchases and shipping cost. We ship by USPS - on larger items arrangements will have to be made. Merchandise can be picked up at our office in Port Ewen if that is best for you. Just call for an appointment. Sale items can also be viewed in our office. An appointment is necessary.
We do not accept returns unless something is misrepresented. We try to be accurate in our descriptions, and if we miss something substantially, we will, of course, take it back! Once we pay our consignors, we will not accept returns for any reason (usually 2-3 weeks after end of sale).
