1. All bidders must be registered prior to bidding.Online registration must be acceptable both to liveauctioneers and to Anderson Auctions. 2. The auction company has endeavoured to catalog and describe accurately the property to be sold.Serious defects and flaws have been mentioned;minor defects and flaws due to normal wear and tear of antique items generally have not.To be certain of condition,email the auctioneer at jarvisguy@gmail.com. All measurements are approximate. 3. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the item at the fall of the gavel. 4. The record of sale kept by the auction house will be taken as final in the event of a dispute. 5. The auctioneer will acknowledge the high bidder of each lot and will be the sole judge of the purchaser of each item. In the case of duplicate left bids,the first left bid received will have preference. 6. There will be a premium of 10% added to the hammer price of each lot and it will be considered part of the purchase price for both live and internet bidders. 7. All advance bids and related financial considerations must be completed by 5:00 PST on Sunday,February 14/16. 8. Purchases made by Canadian buyers will be subject to HST. Out-of-country buyers are tax exempt. 9. All items must be paid in full on sale day. Auction attendees will pay by cash,good cheque,debit,Visa,Mastercard.All internet buyers must pay by pre-registered Visa or Mastercard credit cards. 10.See Shipping section above for complete information. 11. The auction house makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature with respect to property or its value,and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description,genuineness,attribution,provenance,authenticity,authorship,completeness,condition of property or estimate of value. Any persons on the Jarvis Lions Club property and the auction premises before,during or after the sale is deemed to be there at his/her own risk and shall have no claim against the auction house,their employees or the Jarvis Lions Club in respect of any injury sustained or any accident of any nature that may occur on said property.
