Owner has 3 business days to make payment and delivery arrangements on purchased lots.Condition of Items ListedWorld of Decor Auctions makes every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, but all items for sale are "as is" and it is the bidder's responsibility (present, absentee, or online) to determine the exact condition of each item. All items listed are in generally good condition unless described otherwise. This means all items have wear consistent with age and use of the item being offered. Defects and repairs will be specifically mentioned when present. World of Decor Auctions are not responsible for typographical errors. World of Decor Auctions is not responsible for color differences between photo's and actual color of received merchandise due to the variances of color in computer monitor displays. All payments must be received within 3 business days of Auction close. Taxes A 6.5% Florida Sales Tax will be collected from Buyers shipping to a Florida address unless World of Decor Auctions has a copy of the purchaser's resale certificate and a completed tax exempt form. Contract Your bid is a contract.Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from World of Decor Auctions. Any items which are damaged in shipment must be handled by winning bidder and the trucking company directly. Damaged merchandise or buyers remorse are not grounds for credit card charge backs or stop checks. Shipping Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements within 3 days of Auction End. Packing, shipping and insuring items is available from World of Decor Auctions under a Freight Guarantee Program for total auction purchases of $500 or more. We will ship your items via the best possible method for a percentage of the total auction price (Winning Bid + Buyers Premium) to the trucking company's local terminal in your location. This will leave the winning bidder with only the local delivery or pick up to arrange. The Freight Guarantee Program is optional and the Buyer has 3 days after close of the auction to notify World of Decor as to their shipping arrangements. Items will ship FOB Orlando and ownership of merchandise is taken by winning bidder at the time of the Auctioneer's hammer. Any damages as a result of shipping will be handled by the buyer and the shipping company directly and damage is not grounds for a credit card chargeback or stop check request. A Storage fee of $10 per item per day will be charged on items remaining in-house after 3 business days if World of Decor Freight Guarantee Program is not selected.
