Our guarantee is very simple. We guarantee everything is 100% as it is described. Specifically if within five (5) years from the date of the sale of any item purchased through us, the original purchaser of record tenders to us a purchased item in the same condition as when sold through us; and it is established that the identification of authorship of such lot set forth by the information provided on the Gallery Certificate of Authenticity is not substantially correct based on a fair reading of the information provided on the certificate including the terms of our standard glossary, the sale of such item will be rescinded and the original purchase price refunded. It is specifically understood and agreed as part of the terms of purchase that FairXchanged is not liable for any amount beyond the original purchase price.

If you would like to have your prints shipped in archival quality sleeves please let us know via email. There is a $25 fee for each piece and will be added into shipping on your invoice. You can email us after the auction or if you leave an absentee bid do so before the auction.

We will ship to any country via USPS International Priority Mail. We appreciate your patience with any customs delays. You can contact us anytime before the auction starts to obtain an estimate on shipping to your location.
