Unless noted all items have some amount of acceptable wear, scratches, nicks, dings, missing stitches, etc. for their age. MEASUREMENTS ON PICTURES & PAINTINGS are image size. Pictures and paintings that are in frames have not been examined outside the frame. At the fall of the auctioneer's hammer, the highest bidder shall be deemed to have purchased the offered lot and assumes full risk and responsibility for the article. Neither the consignor nor R. G. Munn Auction llc is thereafter responsible for loss or any damage to the article by fire, theft or breakage. Every effort has been made to catalog all items accurately, but R. G. Munn Auction llc does not guarantee the correctness of descriptions, approximate ages, materials, tribal designations, amount of repair or restoration, usage, condition or defects. Highest bidder is to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final decision to determine the successful bidder or to immediately re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Absentee and phone bids must be sent by mail or faxed on the R.G. Munn Auction llc bid form. No bids will be take over the phone with out this form. Absentee bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person, at no additional cost. Write-in bids must be accompanied by a credit card. Live phone bids are accepted for the convenience of clients who cannot attend the sale in person. There will be a charge of $15.00 per item. Must be accompanied by a credit card. Wholesalers must provide the auction company with a valid resale permit at the time of the sale or tax will be charged. We reserve the right to hold all merchandise until checks have cleared the bank unless this provision is waived beforehand. WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING & PACKING MATERIALS. Handling charges are $25.00 for first item $5.00 for each additional item there after. Shipping charges vary. Packing material charges are on opposite page. Oversize items will be charged extra. Restored items may not be insurable. Items with glass are not insurable. In the event of damage during shipping, claims will be filed with UPS. Estimated packing material cost Shipping and insurance charges will be actual charges of UPS. All items must be doubled boxed per UPS standards. Paintings with glass cannot be insured. They must be in wood crates. Small items will be shipped USPS. The prices below are for packing materials only (boxes, bubble wrap & popcorn).
