Exclusive Estate Auction: Session III

1.American Auction Co. has endeavored to accurately describe all of the items being auctioned, however, all property sold "As-Is" and "Where-Is" without warranties implied or otherwise indicated as to authenticity, origin, condition, useablity, provenance, historical significance or value of any item being auctioned. All bidders are recommended to inspect items in-person. 2. The Auctioneer will make final judgement as to who is the successful bidder. If dispute arises, the Auctioneer shall at his descretion resolve the matter and his decision will be final and binding. All bids are irrevocable and shall be in accordance with the conditions of the sale and be governed and interpreted by the laws of the state of California. 3. Title to all items shall be passed to the successful bidder once the Auctioneer says "SOLD". The purchaser shall assume full responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. 4. All accounts are to be settled by the end of the sale for those in physical attendance. Absentee, internet accounts must be settled with 7 days of email notification of winning bid(s). 5. Sales Tax will be collected pursuant to the laws of the state of California unless a valid resale number is provided. 6. Buyers Premium: On-line premium is 15% added to the successful bid price and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. 7. Absentee Bids accepted up until 8 PM PST the night before any scheduled auction, either by mail, email or telephone. 8. In bidding on any lot here offered, the bidder indicates acceptance of the TERMS OF THE SALE. 9. Only successful bidders are contacted upon conclusion of the sale. Email notification will be sent within 3 days of the sale date. Payment must be received within 7 days of email notification.10: Items to be shipped will be sent via USPS, UPS or freight company of purchasers choosing and cost.
