PLEASE READ THESE TERMS. BY BIDDING IN THIS AUCTION YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: PAYMENT: A 3 percent fee is charged on card payments. We also accept cash in person, money orders and checks after a 10 day waiting period for clearance. There are no extra fees on cash, checks or money orders. We expect payment within 7 business days following the sale. We are not accepting PayPal for this auction. You can call in to pay at 740-277-2826 ext.1. BIDDING AND BUYING: Your bid is a contract. If you are the winning bidding we expect you to pay! We do our best to describe items accurately, to identify faults and to take plentiful photographs - but our descriptions and photography may not always be comprehensive, and descriptions do not represent a guarantee. We encourage potential bidders to call BEFORE bidding with questions about condition, and to make an appointment to inspect items in person before bidding. All sales are FINAL and refunds are NOT given. PICKUP: Open pickup hours will be available on Monday, May 16th from 3pm until 6 pm. If that time slot doesn't work, you can arrange a pickup time with us that is convenient to you. Buyers who don't pick up within 5 days will forfeit their purchase and will not be given a refund. We will dispose of these purchases as we see fit. We can not store items as we have another auction to prepare for at our facility. SHIPPING: We will ship guns and ammo in house and will take other items to the UPS store for shipment. We are reasonable and will combine shipping if possible, but many long guns have to ship on their own. We charge for postage, labor and materials.
