In 1763, Frederick the Great took over the Berlin porcelain manufactory, which had been founded by merchant Ernst Gotzkowsky. The king named it ?Royal Porcelain Manufactory? and introduced the cobalt blue scepter mark. Our auction is dedicated to this very scepter mark and represents an important event, since it takes place in the historic building complexes of the Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin. For collectors and lovers of white gold, this opens up a unique opportunity to bid on site and purchase magnificent showpieces, exquisite porcelain plaques, high-quality dinner services and popular figures. This exclusivity will unite first-class traditional crafts with the contemporary online art trade. Among the offered highlights from every ear count the two diamond-studded cups à la Grecque from 2000-06, the 57-piece service with centerpiece of the ?Breslauer Service? from the 20th century, the figurine of a Chinese woman with parrot of the ?Wedding Procession? from 1914 and many other collectibles from the 18th to the 20th century. Become a part of Berlin?s 253-year porcelain history!
