Session 5 Exclusive South Carolina Estate Auc

1. This auction is being conducted in accordance with the regulations of the State of California. 2. A 15% "Buyers Premium" will be added to the final "hammer price" of each lot. This sum will be the "Purchase Price". See shipping and handling info for shipping fees. 3. We accept only US funds to complete all transactions. Shipping, Handling ($5.00 per shipped lot) and Insurance costs will be added to each invoice and are the responsibility of the buyer. California residents must add 7.75% unless you have a valid resale permit on file with American Auction Co. 4. This is NOT AN APPROVAL SALE. If you do not indend to buy, please do not bid! 5. All lots shall be sold to the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer. Some lots may carry a reserve. We represent and bid for both mail bidders and consignors. 6. Condition and grading of items is a subjective description. No warrantee expressed or implied, is made with respect to any grade, condition, or other adjectival descriptions, which can and do vary, even among experts. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made that any specific item in this auction will subsequently be graded the same way by any third party or other grading service, or to its merchantability. 7. Email notification will be made to succesful bidders within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Payment must be received within 10 business days of notification of total costs incurred.Title to any lot will not pass to the successful bidder until the lot is actually paid for in full. 8. In the case of any conflict the auctioneer's decision will be final and binding without recourse from seller or buyer. 9. Bidding in this auction constitutes acceptance by the bidder of all the foregoing Terms & Conditions.
