COMPLETENESS, CONDITION OF PROPERTY OR ITS VALUE All measurements are approximates. We recommend prospective bidders examine all items they are interested in carefully and ask any questions prior to bidding. By placing a bid you signify that you have examined the item fully as you desire or have chosen not to conduct such examination. We accept bank wire transfers, bank check for international transactions and we accept credit cards processed thru PAYPAL for all international transactions up to S2.500.00. If there is ever a case for a refund bidders are responsible for shipping cost, and returning the item in the same condition as sent, moreover under no circumstances will the buyer’s premium be refunded. 7 - A range of estimates including high and low estimates, such estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price or resale price. 8 - Payment due immediately after invoicing of sale, COHCO reserves the right to pursue all collection methods to secure payment including but not limited to referring matter to a collection agency or commencing legal action. Moreover Cohco reserves the right to report such non-paying bidders to various credit reporting agencies and to charge a late fee of up to 1 1/2% per month, as permitted by law. Additionally, PURCHASER is responsible to pay any & all costs of collection, including not limited to reasonable attorney fees 9 – Shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange shipping. As a courtesy to the buyer Cohco can arrange shipping on the buyer’s behalf F.O.B. BOYNTON BEACH, FLA the cost of which will be added to the invoice.
