Property is open to public inspection; in fact, bidders are encouraged to inspect all merchandise, as it is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determining factors. In no event shall Boston Auctions & Antiques, its employees or its consignors be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Boston Auctions & Antiques accepts all major credit cards, as well as cash & Paypal, but unpaid items are under NO circumstances to be removed from the auction hall until paid for IN FULL. Boston Auctions & Antiques does not ship, but can supply buyers with a list of local shippers for sake of convenience. If desired, buyers may use their own shipping service. Buyers are responsible, therefore, for payment of shipping and handling, and Boston Auctions & Antiques is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
