Asian Art

This auction features an exquisite selection of Asian artworks from China, Tibet and India. A main focus will be on Chinese ceramic and porcelain works of art with elaborate objects of the Tang dynasty and aesthetically sophisticated monochrome ceramics of the Song dynasty, like a celadon glazed vase in Kinuta form. Highlights among others are a pair of small bottle vases with powder blue glaze from the late 16th century and a beautiful Famille Verte dish with ducks at a lotus pond with a Qianlong mark. Chinese paintings and Indian miniature paintings further complete the fine selection of unique Asian works of art in this auction.
