The biggest live Football Auction during the World Football Championships 2006, with numerous, rare collector’s items from World Cup history. The highlight of the 26th AGON-Sportsworld Sports Auction is the first ever “World Cup Final Ball”, the ball which was actually played with in the First World Cup Chamionships in 1930 in Uruguay. This unique “Museum Piece” was given to the President of the Uruguay FA and Chairman of the Organisation Committee of the 1st World Cup Championships, Dr. Raoul Jude. Estimated price: 32,000.00 to 40,000.00 Euros!! Other rarities include the last National football shirt from Football Legend Péle from 1971, estimated to bring 6,400.00 to 8,000.00 Euros, as well as aWorld Cup Final shirt worn by Rainer Bonhof of the German team in the Final against Holland in 1974, estimated at around 4,500.00 Euros, World Cup Champion’s Medals from the Finals in 1938, 1974 and 1990. Match day programmes and entrance tickets from 1930 onwards, plus over 100 original autographs from World Cup Champions from the first to the last World Cup Finals,i.e.1930 to 2004.
