I've bought online a lot, and I'm very satisfied with my purchase from New Orleans Auction Gallery.

bought a rug and it was much dirtier and stained than was shown in picture and desciption didn't include anything about how dirty it was.

i was curious that i had to submit my full credit card information prior to being approved to bid. i certainly understand this needs to be done as there are bidders who have buyer's remorse and do not pay, but this is the first time i have had to do this through live auctioneers (i have two accounts and have bid and won several items over the years). wondering if this will be the trend in the near future.
