Have purchased many things from Specialists of the South, top notch place. Always very helpful and friendly. I enjoy visiting when I pick up my items!!

It would be nice for them to open on a Saturday after an online auction to allow buyers a chance to pick up their purchases.

I paid $20.00 plus there fees for 3 crystal candlesticks. I had to send a check because they did not accept PayPal or charge cards which just added more time, meaning delay. Shipper wanted to charge me $79.00 for these three candlesticks UPS Ground. When I asked if he could send them USPS he said OK $69.00. It came in the larger flat rate USPS box which cost between $10 or $20 dollars, plus I know I have to pay for packing & pickup. Major rip off! I bought these to sell. No profit just loss on this deal. Will never bid with them again.

I have not received my items. I paid well over a week ago and was told by the auction house that they would work with the shipper and I would be contacted with the shipping cost. Still waiting.

A few of the items were more damaged than I thought by looking at them on line... the two night stands were overpriced for their condition & the plant stand should have been dumped! Other things were ok... I'll never bid on line again. It is truly necessary to see items to get a feel for their condition! I am a new-comer to all of this so I am learning from my experiences! Overall, I think u do a great job!

All of my answers are very satisfied, but each question would not post my answer. Specialists of the South are always professional and pleasant.

Show all areas of a piece or if not possible list any damage on issues it may have. I only sent 1 email and received no response. I also just received a piece that I expected to have some minor issues of age but this was way beyond that. I consider it misrepresentation. A broken leg, other parts floating around in the box and severe paint issues.
