Can't answer ur? It took two weeks to get in touch with them to arrange payment and haven't received the merchindice at this point. Not sure of the auction date but it has been most of a month now if not longer. I have no interest in doing buissness with them again at this point. Just hoping now I get my purchase

I purchased 3 lots from the pioneer auction house on 8/3. To date I have not received my items. I have tried numerous times to contact them both by email and phone with no response from them. They were very quick in a debit to my checking account for $114.00. I am very upset and really do not even want to ever bid again on Live Auctioneers with fear of these happening again. I believe this is one auction house that should be reported to the BBB so no one else will experience what happened to me. I do not even want the items anymore I just want a refund. Kind Regards.
