Fantastic customer service

The auction house owner was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Expanded descriptions would be very much appreciated. I have not bid on items because the description needs additional information.

Although I paid the invoice the next day I have still not received the item. I have not even received a tracking number. Worse is I have received no update from them.

The Brass statue came with the base chipped and broken completely in two. There was no signature on the statue of the tiger as had been indicated. I was told I could keep the statue and get $1, 000.00 back (I had paid $1, 000.00 plus $260.00 buyers premium, plus $70.00 shipping). They (Vincent) said it was insured for $1, 000.00. I went to the local Fed Ex. store as he directed and they said that the shipper had to file the claim. Nothing happened and the Vincent said that his shipper had talked with Fed. Ex and I had to fill out the forms, along with the picture of the damage, and the invoice and wire payment etc. It took quite a while but I did it, but I am still waiting for the $1, 000.00 From Fed. Ex. Meanwhile Vincent wants to sell me a base for $200.00. I told him he should pay me and deal with the insurance from Fed. Ex. He said it does not work that way. I will never deal with that auction house again and hope you remove it from your service. Meanwhile I await a check for $1, 000.00 from Fed. Ex.

I still haven't received my item and he is selling the same item with the same image very concerned he opened a dispute even though he took payment
