The auction house sold the item to someone else even though I was the high bidder.

I've bought several items from Cottone's, at least one of which was quite expensive. Each time, I found them to be outstanding to deal with. They try to be accurate and honest in their descriptions, and since they handle shipping themselves, paying and delivery are a breeze. This is definitely one of the better auction houses.

They did a great job including sending more photos before the auction.
