the item is so fake but have good pictures and high estimate. I regret for this purchase.

I had to delay my payment and the auction house was very cordial and worked with me in a professional manner. Highly recommend and very friendly staff.

I'm not satisfied; I have asked several times to assist with the shipping process. I also emailed 2 of the 3 shippers that were recommended. No reply whatsoever. I'm am still waiting for any communication to transfer the item that I bought to the Netherlands. I had great experiences with Eden Galleries during the summer. But opposite experiences with AH Wilkens.

Great auction house, very helpful staff, good communication with outside shippers. Outside shippers then did a great job retrieving, packing and shipping my lot. I would give both AH Wilkens and Envoy Shipping the highest recommendation.
