I think the shipping sets you apart from other auction houses. Very reasonable cost and superb packaging raises the bar!!! Internet bidding I expect to pay some for shippping but not to get taken advantage of as a buyer. Many many kudos to your excellent service.

If there is notable damage, it should be photographed clearly rather than merely described.

Shipping costs through their recommended shipper more reasonable and realistic than most LiveAuctioneer houses I have dealt with.

One photo is not sufficient "description," especially when undisclosed glaze pops litter most of the back side of a vase.

There was a problem with the description resulting in me getting a damaged piece but the auction house made it right.

The search feature on Liveauctioneer could be improved since it is not easy to use it to pinpoint specific items being offered by an auction house.

I have purchased items from multiple Humler and Nolan auctions. The items have always been described accurately. I have communicated via landline with them several times and they are always professional. I enjoy their auctions.

Two things, First, The piece was described as having a small rub in the design, I still like the piece, but the rub was certainly not small. The picture was clear, but it was difficult to see the context of the design to really comprehend the total look. Second, Perhaps I was guilty of being uninformed, but I thought the house would bid for me, starting at the opening bid, that did not seem to happen, as the bidding opened at my bid which no one out bid against. In other words, were I able to bid live, the end gavel price may well have been lower than what I paid.
