Contact person provided requested information quickly. In addition she went to FedEx and arranged shipment in person. Item arrived quickly.

The settee I purchased was not the size as listed in the auction. A table included a marble top, which is not permanently attached, and was accidentally bid on. They do not return calls or respond to emails. When I finally got someone on the phone, he stated he would have someone else call me, but he had to get off the line, as he was busy. I’ve never received a call from them. However, I will not bid with this company or with Live Auctioneers again.

No return email or response or ability to contact

No one responds. I still have not been able to pickup my item. I wish I had looked at the other reviews that this is not a legitimate business before I bid. I will be disputing the charge.

Unfortunately, Live Auctioneers doesn’t adequately vet their partners, and has let Mod Avenue slip through the cracks. This is a drop shipper, not an auction house, so be conscientious of the items you’re bidding on. I learned that the hard way. When I was given the address to pick up my items, it was in an industrial park full of other drop shippers. I felt like I’d been mislead, as so asked for a refund from Mod Avenue. All of my emails and calls remain unanswered and they’re basically holding my $500 hostage. Be wary of buying anything with this seller.
