I really had very little contact with the auction house other than the bid and payment. Their online materials explained shipping-I called up a shipper who took it from there. Everything was fine.

According to Liveautioneer I won a bidding, when trying to contact the aution house by e-mail they did not respond untill I called them some days later. The lot I won was paid by an in-house bidder, that also seems to have won the same lot. I was willing to bid again for this lot but the only solution that was offered was for me to by the lot from the in-house bidder for much higher prize than it went for. I was told that this mistake was done by a clerck from Liveautioneers.

Had winning bid on 3 items and paid for all 3 online. Only 2 items present for pickup. The 3rd was given to another party due to "clerical error". This item sold at opening bid price and was best "deal" of the 3. Bad business.

Will not do business with this auction house agsin!

this was a smooth easy transaction and the auctioneers staff helped in a number of ways when needed.

So call, Office Manager, Zully Alejandra, does NOT care about the customers at all! She will not return my calls or refund my money since the auction on Feb 17th!!! Gary Braswell, Owner, must not care about the customers either. I cannot get a simple already approved refund of $717.34 through PayPal! It might take 3 mins to do on computer but these people don't care! I'm a small 1 person business & that's a lot of money for me. I will NOT & my 84 dealers WILL NOT buy from this Auction Co again!

My only complaint is that one of the Zupan paintings was very poorly photographed or I would have bought it. The photo showed the painting to be in the yellow tones whereas it was peach and green in person. I was extremely disappointed to have missed out on the lovely artwork because of the poor photography. The young man who took the photo said he had meant to retake the picture but didn't.

The quality of the packaging from the recommended shipper wasn't brilliant as it wasn't properly taped up and the contents could have fallen out. However, the shipper did allow me to use my own courier which reduces the cost of transport to the UK by about 50 %. No problem with actual pickup.

Buyers premium is too high.

Have no plans to bid on items from this auction house again. Nor would I recommend them to anyone. Fellows in the UK is heads and shoulders above this Atlanta Auction House in terms of having a process and required internet and financial systems that can handle payments and shipping for out of town participants. This auction house is not to the standards that I have found with many other Live Auctioneer participants.

I will NEVER NEVER participate in these type of auctions again, in fact this entire process is so disgusting it is prime for an entrepreneur take over. Live Auction and all of its associates are a joke in todays modern society. Thanks for asking, YOU SUCK

I did not respond to the shipping response question because I picked up my purchase. I wanted to visit them because I had been watching their sales through your company and needed to see this auction company first hand. In the future if I see something in one of their sales of interest, I will be comfortable bidding on it.

Very fraudulent. The auction house did not disclose that a part of the vase had been cut off rendering it worthless. I attempted contact with the auction house and they will not respond. I am turning the matter over to my attorney to seek compensation from live auctioneers and the auction house.

Shipping was ridicules, it was a pain and was way too high. I will not do this again.
