I had a great experience dealing with Kennedys Auction. For shipping I used UPS Store # 3164 and they did a FANTASTIC job in getting the items shipped to me quickly (and at a reasonable cost), obviously they work together often and it's very efficient. I look forward to working with them again.

Kennedys Auction Service is far and away my favorite auction house! I purchased 5 items at their last auction and all were in excellent condition and exactly as described. What really makes them special though is their customer service. When I had a question regarding form of payment and picking up items, they returned my call the same day. But even more impressive was the fact that when I went to pick up my items, they packed them so nothing would get broken and even helped me get them in my car for the trip home. Simply superior customer service in every way! I'm looking forward to their next auction!

I had to call to make my payment and it was such a pleasure to speak with this team and they were very helpful with shipping questions and I had my item so quickly! Shipping china is a challenge and I had one small dish cracked out of all 136 pieces! They took great care with my delicate lot and I’m really thrilled.
