Your payment method seems to change from auction house to auction house. Sometimes I pay live auctioneer so times I have to call the auction house because there wasn't any action on either side. It's not consistent. Also I had a auction house ban me from auctions because of the confusing payment methods. Then they left your site and I couldn't bid for over a year. Luckily many fine online auction houses were available to take my business. Thank you for allowing me to respond.

Very pleased with the handling of my bids and pleased the auction house provided in-house packing at a reasonable charge. This is a good example of a reputable auction house! Just wish you had asked me about a couple of other "problem ones" whom I will never trade with again for this survey!

I though the 24 % premium was way too high. I doubt I would buy anything from this auction house ever again because of the high premium. I'm thankful the shipping was only $20, that is the only saving grace of the item that I bought, low cost shipping.
