Good overall auction house.
A good overall experience with the items well described, accurate and well photographed. They state that they ship smaller items in house but don't make clear this is not for international buyers. It was quickly covered by a local shipper but they seemed to release the item to him with no authorisation from me. Would still use them again

Jonathan, we apologize for the confusion on international shipping. Postal Connections are experts in international shipping and are the most efficient shipping service for that. We also only release items to them if they've had permission from you.

Fair and Honest!
Although they do not accept returns for things that show hidden damage they are easy to deal with in general. Buyer beware! Watch every detail and ask questions of all auctioneers.

I received the sterling stirrup cup but it had a huge gash in the side.
So I contacted Vero Beach and they put the onus on me for not asking for condition report. There was no mention or pic of the gash in the description and no attempt to "make it right!" BUYER BEWARE

Chester, after receiving a message from you saying "don't tell me I should've asked for a condition report before bidding" it didn't give us a lot of options as we would've thoroughly examined the item (s) you are bidding on before the auction to provide a condition report. We sell a variety of antique & used estate items that show signs of wear. We apologize that we didn't notice a small indentation on the back of the cup you purchased, but again, we would've examined the piece and provided you with a full condition report if you would've asked us. The auction had over 470 items and we do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible.
