I didn't ask for more photos or a more detailed condition report because the lot description stated: No damage or repairs. Several days after the auction ended, I was arranging shipping with Rich Carmichael, a Billings employee. I placed Mr. Carmichael on hold. He could not hear me but I could hear him. He proceeded to make an off color remark to his colleague about my wife and I being "Stereotypical New York Jews". So, not only was the item not accurately described and arrived with a small dent to the base, but I also had to be subjected to Mr. Carmichael's racial insults.

The 1st question has an answer only because there has to be an answer. In fact I never received the merchandise. The auction house did send me an invoice however they never called me to arrange payment and shipment of the lots that I had won. Another lot # 174 which I bid on at no reserve was passed over. In an email exchange the auction house did give me the opportunity to add that lot to my bill but it never materialized. They did say that a death in the family had occurred and they would call in a few days but so far I have not heard from them. I'm still willing to purchase the three lots. If you can shed any light on this experience it would be appreciated. Thanks.
